After noticing the baggy pants on one of your friends, relatives, or co-workers, you may have asked how they lost weight. And then they told you about these free, low fat menus for a 6-week fat burning program they'd heard about from a lady nicknamed "the health nut." Her husband has lost nearly one hundred pounds over the last 18 months by jump starting his body's fat burning metabolism.

Well, I am that lady whose hands now touch each other when I wrap my arms around my Tim, who is much slimmer and trimmer! And although some would say I didn't need to lose weight, I ate the same meals as he did to help encourage and motivate him and lost 10 pounds the first 3 weeks on the program. I felt so good in “my baggy pants” that I wanted to share how you too can experience that wonderful feeling you get when you realize that those pants that were once skin tight are now your “baggy pants.” You can now click on the link in the left-hand column to download the "Fat Burning Menus", and in the weeks to come I'll setup other pages with a few of my own recipes plus info on a few other things my husband and I have done to help jump start our weight loss.

What's so exciting about this project is that I'm hoping that together we will continue to stay on track and maintain this weight loss through sharing your weight loss progress on this program with us. As I continue to learn how to use this internet technology, I'd like to add a section where you can post your before and after photos, your goals and results, with maybe a blog for questions and suggestions.
